Official Rules — Christmas Season Raffle 2025

1. Sponsor

The Filipina Raffle Company, 1818 Ravine Ct, Los Banos, CA 93635 (“Sponsor”). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Yamaha, or any other third party.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States and Philippines only where permitted by law, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families/households, are not eligible. All federal, state, provincal and local laws and regulations apply.

3. Raffle Period

Entries accepted from September 1, 2025 at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) through November 30, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM PT or until all 300 tickets have been sold and received by December 7, 2025.

4. How to Enter

Purchase: a Raffle ticket on Sponsor’s website during the Promotion Period. While tickets remain Limited to just 300 tickets. Purchases processed in non-USD currencies will be converted to USD by the payment processor at the time of purchase.

5. Prizes

• Grand Prize (1): A brand-new Yamaha Mio 125 scooter delivered to the winner’s designated recipient in the Philippines, and $500 delivered to winner in U.S.
• Second Prize (1): Laptop delivered in U.S.A., and ₱20,000 for your family in the Philippines.
• Third Prize (1): 100 Kilos of Rice delivered to the winner’s designated recipient in the Philippines, and $100 delivered to winner in U.S.

Prizes are not transferable and not interchangeable. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, registration, title, licensing, and any costs not expressly stated as provided.

Delivery may be subject to regional availability, safety, and compliance requirements. Sponsor may coordinate with winners to arrange reasonable alternative pickups or deliveries as needed.

6. Odds

Odds of winning are 1 in 100, based on 300 tickets sold and 3 prizes available.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on December 10, 2025 at 7:00 PM PT during a live broadcast on Sponsor’s official Facebook page. Or once all 300 tickets have been sold Need not be present on the live broadcast to win.

Potential winners will be notified by email, phone, and/or direct message (as available) within a reasonable time after the drawing. A potential winner may be required to complete and return eligibility, identity, and/or tax documentation within seven (7) days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond in time, is ineligible, or declines a prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

8. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, city, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules, and to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Released Parties (including Sponsor, Facebook, payment processors, fulfillment partners, and their respective affiliates and agents) are not responsible for: lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or postage-due mail; technical errors; unauthorized human intervention; or any injury or damage to persons or property arising from participation or prize use.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Yamaha. Participants provide information to Sponsor and not to Facebook.

10. Taxes & Compliance

Winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and reporting obligations related to prize receipt and use. Sponsor may issue tax forms as required by law.

11. Privacy

Information submitted by entrants will be used by Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

12. Disputes/Governing Law

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Merced County, California, USA. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
